Olympic gold medallist and Celebrity MasterChef semi-finalist Rebecca Adlington has been confirmed as the midweek meals celebrity ambassador for The Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board.
The three year partnership aims to 'rejuvenate the image of pork', focusing on pork loin medallions and pork fillets as quick, easy meal solutions which can be prepared in under 30 minutes.
